Some choices present themselves as clear crossroads: a job to accept or refuse, a move, a reconciliation to attempt, a commitment to make. Others advance in silence — a direction that becomes clearer without our noticing, a no we do not dare to formulate. In both cases, the fear of being wrong paralyzes.
Solomon does not promise that God will dictate the answer in advance; he invites you to lean on Him, and to acknowledge Him in all. The point is not first to find the right path, it is to walk with the One who knows it. Often, God’s will is discovered while walking — one honest step after another, with an open heart. He has not promised a map; He has promised His presence on the road.
“Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.”
Proverbs 3:5-6
